Conforms to EN1500
It is, however, important to ensure that the product you select is capable of performing the task effectively.  The EN1500 Standard tests the efficacy of hand rub products by simulating the practical conditions under which they are used and assesses their effectiveness compared to a reference product.

Alcohol hand rub pocket-carry bottlesGuest Medical alcohol hand rub has been demonstrated to conform to the EN1500 Standard. (Testing performed by the Hospital Infection Research Laboratory, City Hospital, Dudley Road, Birmingham.)

The Guest ‘Tottle’ (above, right) was the first alcohol hand rub ‘personal’ dispenser to be supplied to the NHS. Clipped to your pocket or belt, it ensures that the facility to disinfect your hands is with you wherever you may need it.

50ml Pocket-carry bottles (above, left) are also available for health care personnel who may prefer not to have their alcohol hand rub ‘on display’ whilst working. These are available with either a sprayhead or a flip-top and squeeze dispenser head.

The ‘Bell’ 500ml plunger dispenser is designed to be placed on Doctor’s office or Nurse Practitioner's desks. The low centre of gravity reduces the risk of being knocked over.

New 1 litre size wall mounted dispenser, matches our other hand care products and contains an easily replaceable 1 litre sealed unit, thus preventing cross contamination and ensuring ease of operation.
